I did a cardio session on Kinect with my 'personal trainer' (hehe) and I did virtual smash which is just basically cross jab boxing. I do it with 3 lb weights in my hands. I can FEEL IT in my back!

So far today I did 15 vigerous minutes on my recumbent bike and walked Weaver for 15 minutes low impact aerobic steps. Still have 60 minutes of fitness to go to meet my goal for today.

Sounds like you have some good ideas for incorporating more activity in your day, Good Job!

I walked to and from Mom's today instead of driving (Thursday is the day I pay her bills), the weather was sunnier and warmer and I enjoyed it.

I played chase with my 17 month old before work, I walk as many responses to my coworkers as possible (instead of emailing) and I drink water from a small cup so I have to keep getting up to refill. Tonight I will likely use my elliptical.

I did 20 minutes on my gazelle then I did my 30 day shred exercise dvd plus the body bootcamp upper body workout and the exercise of the day.

Instead of going to the gym this morning I met my sister for a walk. Her gym membership has lapsed and she needs to renew. I walked for 55 minutes and believe I got 2 miles or more in today. Then I did today's bootcamp video.

Walked 5 laps at the mall plus up and down the stairs between levels twice (each trip up the stairs equals 2 normal fights). The 5 laps equals 2.5 miles.

Forgot to Post here yesterday.

I went to the gym where I did my usual weight training followed by 30 minutes of cardio (15 on elipical and 15 on stationary bike). Then I did the Spark Your Body Bootcamp Day 2 video.

I almost got my 30 minutes of cardio in. Got back from my walk that usually takes 30-35 minutes to find it only took me 25 minutes!

Then I did the Bootcamp cardio video! WOO HOO, this is going to feel good!

Walked at the mall - for exercise; walked at the grocery store; walked at Lowe's; did squats while painting - on purpose for exercise - the lower half of the walls, climbed the ladder to do the upper half of the walls. WHEW - no wonder my legs are tired tonight!

I did a bunch of cleaning yesterday. Today I started my arthritis walking program again. It's really frustrating to walk such a short distance; but after 2 major setbacks this summer, I know the consequences of walking too far too fast. I hope I will be able to build up to a good speed and distance over the next few months.

No real "organized" exercise today, I took the day off to celebrate my birthday, I planned ahead and walked yesterday. I did put my pedometer on today just for fun to see how many steps/miles I would put on today! By lunch I'd put on a mile and when we left I walked the parking lot until I had a 1 mile total for the day, so it wasn't a total loss, I was still living my new lifestyle!

Yesterday I ran errands and did a lot of "store" walking. Next week I am going to get back on a regular exercise program.

After I did 75 minutes at the gym yesterday, I decided I had to buy clothes that fit! I'm getting rid of all my clothes that don't fit (and that's almost everything). I walked the entire mall, about a mile, plus and the 'around the stores' browsing. Got 2 pairs of jeans and 2 nice t's. By Monday I'll have several empty hangers to fill - eventually because I'm still loosin'.

Been so busy with my Mom's needs this week that I'm missed the gym. I definately am going tomorrow, I need a work out, feeling like a slug, even though my day is busy and I feel tired at bedtime.

I woke up with a wicked headache this morning and didn't make it to the gym today.

Tomorrow I've got a nice walk planned in a park not far from my husband's doctor's office. I'll be there while he's having a blood test.

Walked this morning. I go to the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and I try to walk on Tuesday, Thrusday and Saturday, but most times only make the walk 2 times. Five times a week is not bad for someone who sat at a desk for 32 years and never went to a gym until they turned 60 - LOL. emoticon

I got on my outdoor bicycle (after months of indoor bicycling) and discovered even weekly stationary bicycling was helpful and definitely worth it! I managed to go three times as far and even up a tiny hill without stopping. Even then, I only breathed hard and coughed a little, instead of gasping and getting dizzy! Wow, I am definitely excited about such great results!

Spring Cleaning and redecorating!! I started cleaning, decided to move something to clean under it, and when the furniture was all mixed up and the floor is clean, suddenly I was inspired to start redecorating! If I think of the redecorating/inspring part and count the exercise as I go, it makes it all worthwhile. Not to mention the very satisfied feeling I get when everything looks so fresh and new when I'm done. emoticon
