I do make New Year's resolutions and have some amazing successes with them. I stopped eating chips and crackers 2 years ago. I stopped eating in movie theaters 2 years ago. So yes they do work for me.

I do feel like a new year is a fresh start.

emoticon This year I will walk 10,000 steps a day. My treadmill will get to know me a lot better. I will walk outside when I can.

emoticon Diet!!!

I need to stay strong and healthy. I have a fitbit to count my steps and a scale to measure weight loss.

My motivation is about 7 out of 10. Once I get some momentum going it will be 10! emoticon
