I used to have this, on VHS. I really loved it! But I got rid of it when I was on a "decluttering binge" years ago.

Thanks for reminding me about it...I'm going to add it to my Wish List! emoticon

Yeah, I have the upper body, standing legs dvd in one. the leg workout is 42 minutes, all mixes from the older tapes (which I like better) they are a little tougher I believe. The upper body is 35 minutes long. It's also mixes of older firms too. You could get it at collegevideo.com or try amazon.com. Amazon has a lot of used firm dvd's really cheap!!! Hope this helps.

This sounds interesting. I think I am going to look into it. Did you ever try the standing legs? i need a traditional upper body workout and lower as well even though my issue are inner thigh and butt.

If I can see it, then I can achieve it.

I also have this dvd. It's very good. I do it the same day with the Super Cardio mix and burn mega calories.

Upper Body is a 35 min. compilation of late 80s/early 90s Firm videos so there are various segments taught by different instructors.

I found this to be a killer upper body workout especially when you grab the heavier weights. After doing this workout I found that I could barely move any of my upper body for 2 days!

I felt this in every upper body muscle: pecs, delts, biceps, triceps --- Ouch!

If you are like me and like very traditional weight lifting moves such as overhead presses, flies, bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc. and killer pushups then you will love this workout.

It is available on DVD combined with Standing Legs so it makes a great split routine and you can pick up a great used copy for cheap on Amazon.com
