I am putting this under "Games" to do,, for if we ALWAYS look at Exercise as "WORK" it can take away THE JOY we often get from the satisfaction we get from what we are doing to ENHANCE our lives, which does bring SMILES to our faces (Lets face it, LESS PAIN is something to SMILE ABOUT !).

These should be done 3 or 4 times a week for the strengthening ,, and EVERY DAY For the stretching ! I WILL START TODAY !! Shall NOT you JOIN ME?



Let us know how you are progressing. We'd LOVE to hear from your feedback on how these are helping, or NOT Helping you so we can "Tweak" exercises better fit for OUR team.
