AmyAnn, sounds like good things are happening in your life right now. Good for you.

Me, I just got over a stressful time. Things will start picking up and all will be well for a while. Exercise was happening but has been put to the side. Hoping to start again this next week. Food wise I've been hanging in there. Yesterday was an off plan day but it was so yummy. Need these once in a while. Today I am back on plan.

How there will be others to jump in and talk a bit. We need to get to know each other some.

How is everyone doing? Hopefully things are going good for you! We need more motivation and conversation here in our WY team so I thought we could start here. How have you been? What have you been doing lately? How is work? Anything your teammates can help you with? Stuff you want to vent about? Brag about? What's going on with our Wonderful Wyoming Team?

I have been really busy lately. I just quit my dream job emoticon and have moved to a different daycare. I LOVED being a teacher and assistant director at my last job, BUT when the boss wasn't doing her job and I was getting blamed or things weren't getting fixed it was time to move on! I miss the kids terribly, but many of them have followed me to the new daycare I work at so that helps. emoticon I'm not in a class all day, but I'm a teacher in the afternoon so that's nice.
I've been doing great with my workouts (today was day 8 of 30 Day Shred!) and been pretty good about following my nutrition goals as well. Things are definitely looking up right now!

1st Goal: lose 10% be at 237.4
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 213.6
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 192.2
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 173
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 155.7
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 140
7th Goal: Lose 7% be at 130
