Ok so to make everything clear, we start counting our money today 8/24, we email you our totals for today and everyday all week and then on Monday the 31st we email you our weight loss,if any and our money totals? Ok I am thinking I have it now! thanks and good luck to everyone!

hi everyone i forgot to put that mondays will be weigh in day.. so 8/24/09 weigh in day i will add up the money to make a score card for whose in the lead but you have to keep up with the excerise and email me the results."i will send you a email to remind you.'

20mins of excerise =$1.00
staying with in your calorie range with spark = $2.00
logging all the food you ate for the day 1.00..

Example:
i did 40 mins of excerise stayed in my cals range and logged all my food down..
2.00 for excerise
2.00 for cals
1.00 for logging food

5.00 for total in the bank

then you just add up all the day for your total for the week..

I hope I under stand this right, so I put my goal weight for the end of sept this is for a monthly challenge correct? I also assume we are going to peoples word about staying in their caloric range and logging in our daily food journal? Going to be hard for one person to keep up with, I can help with anything you need.

Hi everyone i have made a challenge for the next month and it will start 8/24/09 i am giving everyone a week to get in on this challenge because i know how busy people can be so if you want to join put in starting weight and goal for the end which will be 9/24/09..

The money challenge what does your bank hold???

I thought this challenge would be a good way to keep up with money and excerise.For every 20mins you excerise you get a dollar your bank will began on 1.00. I want everyone to keep up with there totals and there will be a winner of who has the most money.. You also get 2.00 a day for staying in your calorie range. You get a 1.00 for logging your food..
I thought this would be a fun way to get everyone in the habit of excerise and know what you are putting into your mouth..
