I slacked off after the surgery keeping up with this. But since my surgery on July 7th I have lost 5 lbs down to 169 this morning. Getting myself back on track with tracking food and activity. Not sure how to track physical therapy as an activity and believe me my 6 min on exercise bike is not anything to burn calories but I'm proud of my accomplishments so it counts to me.

I think I've proved that I'm not a emoticon more like a emoticon but I did lose emoticon started at 191 1/4, now 190 1/4 so I lost a whole pound! emoticon

SUMMERTIME SLIM DOWN CHALLENGE!
Ok team, letís all get on board with this and make it happen. Summertime is here and with lots of various events such as July 4th, family reunions, etc., we tend to let our guard down and get lazy or careless about our health journey. This will be a challenge to incorporate your daily intake of water (not counting soda, tea or coffee), fruits/veggies, fitness, and weight loss. We hope everyone will sign up for this challenge and work our way to being healthier people. Go to the link and sign up. Use the template there to create your sign-up. A new template will be created at the beginning of each week. This is to challenge ourselves. It is not a race with anyone else. This will begin June 1st and go through July 31st. Goodie prizes will be awarded to each team member who signs up, participates throughout the challenge, completes the challenge, and to the Biggest Loser.

Exercise can be anything you choose as long as itís movement of some sort whether it be chair exercises, yard work, house work, walking , gym, garden work, swimming, etc.
It is recommended that everyone drink a minimum of 64 ounces of WATER daily. This does not include coffee, tea, or soda.

Daily recommended SERVINGS of fruit/veggies is 5. This does not include juice. Juice is good if no added sugar or sweetener but doesn't always provide as many good nutrients as the solid food. It should not take the place of the solid fruits/veggies.

Choose your own weigh-in day for this challenge. The best time of day to weigh is when you first get up in the morning. Weigh in when you sign up to record current weight on June 1st and then weigh-in each week thereafter to record Loss/Gain.
