Today has been just that, quiet. I bought a whole chicken already cooked this weekend. So just some of the chicken was my lunch and more of the chicken was my dinner with some corn. That is it for what I have had to eat today. I had to force myself to eat that, I am stuffed, I am not hungry in the least. Go figure. I will be eating on the rest of the chicken Tuesday and there will be more, I have no idea what I will do, maybe debone the rest, freeze it and add it to some mixed veggies at a later date.

this week same old routine no changes, really boring I am

This weekend I have a Greenwich Village reunion to go to on Saturday evening, but really since I have no idea if the restaurant we are meeting at serves anything easy to eat that is gluten free, I will eat before I go and only have my diet pepsi to drink once there, so no decision on healthy or not so healthy once there.

Sunday, by myself all day, hmmm have not thought about what I will be eating, good chance I will be making tuna salad and munching on that all day, without bread of course

I will start out with setting up a daily routine. If I don't right from the start, I will not do it, so I know that is important.

Routine will be to have my light breakfast in the a.m. then to do my exercises.

Clean house and be done with house chores before lunch.

After lunch, I have been being pushed by a few friends to write a book, so my afternoons will be working on the book. The book will be about mostly the blessings in my bad childhood. My mother was, hmmm shall we say mentally abusive to me and yet I had people in my growing up years that I consider as my blessings who gave me a sense of self worth. I did not get thru it unscathed, but I sure did not turn to drugs or alcohol or pass her hate along to my kids. It is to be a positive book, not a mommy dearest type book.

That is just to take up time until my daughter moves out on her own, or get married, which ever comes first, then I can sell the house and do what I have been wanting to do, MOVE to Florida. Hoping by that time I am a much smaller version of me.

Yep, easy, nothing to think about for breakfast and lunch. Just trying to get thru until retirement, then I will figure something out and be creative.

Same for Breakfast and Lunch.

Dinner, I have no idea, waiting for my daughter to let me know if she will be home for dinner or not, if she is home, well then I have to figure out something. If not, I cooked enough to have leftovers for me for tonight for dinner, otherwise it will keep until Sunday.

My breakfast Mon - Fri is always a lite yogurt and a small under ripe banana.

My lunch the last few weeks has been a walmart version of slim fast.

Dinner well that is always a challenge since eating Gluten free, but a challenge I am winning.

Tonight it will be a two egg omelet with cheese and mushrooms with fresh from the garden tomatoes

No breakfast slept in late, late lunch.

Lunch was a grilled chicken breast, tossed salad and a few french fries.

Dinner was black beans, chicken breast cut in chunks, tomatoes cut up, some whole kernel corn, shredded cheese, over rice with a dab of sour cream

Breakfast: Nothing up late the night before, slept in late

Lunch: Chicken noodle Soup

Dinner: Strawberry, Chicken, mandarin oranges, romaine lettuce and poppy seed dressing

Snack: tortilla chips, ground chuck, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa

up late again, I took a few days off work
