Just a note to say that I had reset my goals but my calorie counts were what i had done today before I had reset everything.. As for the calories that i need to stay within, that is how it keeps setting up because that was the reason i reset everything..

And that’s exactly what we’re going to do with our cardio this week. For every 100 calories you burn, you will earn 25 points.

R – Rehydrate
We should be striving to drink 64 oz of water each day – if you do so, you’ll earn 25 points.

E – Eat
If you stay within your SP-recommended calorie range, you’ll earn 25 points per day. On the Challenge thread, post what your final calorie count for the day was.

A – Attitude
Part of our weightloss comes from our attitude toward working out and healthier eating. To get your points for this section, you’ll have to put some thought into it. Pick one of the motivational quotes found on SP and reflect on it on a daily blog. This will be worth 50 points for each day. (You can include it as a separate part of your Weekly Update Blog rather than posting 2 separate blogs on Friday or Saturday.)

Your Weekly Update Blog will also fall into the Attitude section this week. On Friday or Saturday you must post a blog giving an update of your week. It’s Week 2 already. Last week we worked on the TRICK so this week we’re doing the TREAT.

T – Take it up a notch
And that’s exactly what we’re going to do with our cardio this week. For every 100 calories you burn, you will earn 25 points. That means you’ll have to work little bit more this week to get those points. All workouts must be posted on your SP Tracker in order to be counted. On your Challenge post, please post how many calories you burned each day.

R – Rehydrate
We should be striving to drink 64 oz of water each day – if you do so, you’ll earn 25 points. Water should not be flavored with anything more than a splash of citrus juice. Your challenge thread should tell us how many ounces of water you drank each day.

E – Eat
Just like last week, we’re going to keep tracking our food intake each day. If you stay within your SP-recommended calorie range, you’ll earn 25 points per day. On the Challenge thread, post what your final calorie count for the day was.

A – Attitude
Part of our weightloss comes from our attitude toward working out and healthier eating. To get your points for this section, you’ll have to put some thought into it. Pick one of the motivational quotes found on SP and reflect on it on a daily blog. This will be worth 50 points for each day. (You can include it as a separate part of your Weekly Update Blog rather than posting 2 separate blogs on Friday or Saturday.)

Your Weekly Update Blog will also fall into the Attitude section this week. On Friday or Saturday you must post a blog giving an update of your week. This must include listing the goals you posted in a blog on October 3rd and telling us how you’re doing in meeting those goals. Completing this mandatory blog will earn you 100 points. If you do not post a WUB, it will result in a loss of 100 points – don’t forget that failure to post 2 WUBs in a single month will result in immediate disqualification from the challenge.

T – Time for family
Last week we focused on taking some time for ourselves. This week we’re going to focus on getting in some time with our family. The people you live with should be the biggest cheerleaders you have in meeting your weightloss goals. That isn’t always the case, but that doesn’t mean we should cut them out altogether. Take at least 30 minutes to spend some time with your family each day. Post on your Challenge thread what you did and earn 25 points.
