Encouragement from others is one of the best ways to help keeping yourself motivated. Chat on your Veggie Team board daily and you will be rewarded with 25 points.

A – Analyze Your Day
Whether it was a good one or bad one, accepting responsibility for your actions is a key step in losing weight. Post a blog about your day and how it went and earn 50 points. Don’t forget to post your Weekly Update Blog on Friday or Saturday for 50 points. You must recap how you’re doing on meeting the goals you set at the beginning of the month in this blog for it to count.

N – Need a Boost?
Strength training is a great way to boost your metabolism. Focus on one body part each day by completing a minimum of 5 exercises (2 sets each with 15 or more reps in each set). If you post the exercises you did on your SP Fitness Tracker you will get 100 points.

D – Diet
When losing weight we have to make sure we’re burning more calories each day than we’re taking in. To do that, you have to know how many calories you’re eating. Track your food each day on your SP Food Tracker for 25 points. Stay within your SP Recommended Calorie Range and earn an additional 50 points.

Y – You Have to Move
Strength training isn’t the only type of exercise we need to get. Cardio burns fat and helps strengthen our heart. For every 15 minutes of intentional cardio you complete each day, you will earn 50 points. In addition, for every 50 calories you burn, you will earn 25 points.

A – Analyze Your Day
Post a blog about your day and how it went and earn 50 points. Don’t forget to post your Weekly Update Blog on Friday or Saturday for 50 points. You must recap how you’re doing on meeting the goals you set at the beginning of the month in this blog for it to count.

N – Need a Boost?
Strength training is a great way to boost your metabolism. Focus on one body part each day by completing a minimum of 5 exercises (2 sets each with 15 or more reps in each set). If you post the exercises you did on your SP Fitness Tracker you will get 100 points.

D – Diet
Track your food each day on your SP Food Tracker for 25 points. Stay within your SP Recommended Calorie Range and earn an additional 50 points.

Y – You Have to Move
For every 15 minutes of intentional cardio you complete each day, you will earn 50 points. In addition, for every 50 calories you burn, you will earn 25 points.

It’s Week 3 and with Halloween quickly approaching, we are reminded that the Holiday Season is about to start. As the weather cools down, we start indulging in our favorite comfort foods and lots of sweets. We all have the willpower to say no to CANDY and other unhealthy options. Here are the goals we don’t want to say no to this week:

C – Chat
