We’ve made it to Week 4. Rather than stretching this last week out to get to the end of the month, we’re going to end the month on Saturday. With an all-new challenge starting on December 1st, a break from our Bootcamp Challenges is going to be needed by many, even if only for a few short days. This month we have gone through the basics that we all should be focusing on to help us get in shape. For Week 4, we’re going to put them all together.

Cardio – For every 20 minutes of deliberate cardio you complete each day, you will earn 25 points. In addition, for every 50 calories you burn, you’ll earn 25 points.

Strength Training – For each day you complete at least 30 reps of 5 different strength training exercises, you will earn 100 points.

Food – This week’s food tracking is going to be the toughest yet… Your goal is 5 meals a day – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks. If you post meals in each of these categories, you will earn 100 points for the day. If you stay within your SP-designated calorie range, you will earn an extra 100 points for the day. Be sure that you post your SP-designated calorie range at the top of your tracking post… that is the only way I can determine where your calorie count should be each day so you can earn the points.

Blogging – There will not be a Weekly Update Blog this week. Instead, on Saturday, everyone will be responsible for posting a Monthly Update Blog. This blog must specifically list the goals you set for yourselves at the beginning of the month. In addition, you must tell us (one goal at a time) how you fared for the month. This blog will either earn you or cost you 200 points.

Extra Goals:
Water – For each day that you drink at least 64 oz of water, you will earn 100 points.
Motivational Reflections – If you complete at least 3 blogs this week reflecting on a motivational quote found on SP, you will earn a 300 point bonus.
Team Support – For each day that you post on your Veggie Team’s chat thread, you will earn 50 points.

I know that those of you still hanging in there are going to keep us guessing until the very end to see who wins the Nonstop November Challenge. You have all done an amazing job this month so keep it up for a few more days!!!
