Still working on this...1 grapefruit, 1 string cheese, 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice american cheese, 2 slices wheat toast, 1.5 glass grapefruit juice and 1 non-fat yogurt. Ate this over 4 hours though for a whopping 600 cals.
