Here's the deal: losing weight is all about our food choices.

Exercise & moving our bodies is all about losing inches and of course other health benefits (reduced blood pressure, better body functions).

The amount of exercise we need to exert to burn a pound of fat is pretty sobering. I'm forgetting that detail, but I remember well thinking: if I want to drop weight I've gotta head trouble off at the pass and watch what I eat. The Nutrition tracker is your best ally in dropping the pounds. For me, I find it absolutely essential to avoid trigger foods. Since January 1st I've avoided all sugar and grains with great results.

But we are all SO UNIQUE! We all are our own best experiments and have to tweak and learn from what works and what doesn't.

You'll get there! Stay the course!

Hi everyone!
I really like to use the elliptical the best when I go to the gym, but I can't help but wonder how effective it is to help me lose weight. I guess it would depend on the intensity and how long I stay on it for...so how long and how intense should I be working out?
I really want to tone and shrink my legs/butt as well, can this machine help me with that?
