Great idea. Maybe I will start looking forward to the commercials instead of channel surf. I'm challenged. Great idea. I hope more people read this.

i do arm exercises during commercials with my 3 lb dumbell and by the end of the 5 min commercial my arm is tired and thats

20 min - just commercials
40 min- exercise during show rest commercials

In the evening sometimes I watch tv so during the commercials I can do arm lifting over the head, or/and stretch the legs or/ and stretch my toes!

If I see a good morning movie on lifetime during commercials I can dust or run the sweeper or shake rugs or clean the bathroom.

I'm moving right now so lifting boxes and hauling them up stairs gives me a pretty good workout. My normal upper body thing is seated dumbbell rows which works pretty much all. They go fast.

Since my resent resolve has been pretty lame, I want to set myself up with a pretty easy challenge. Upper body often gets neglected in my house, so I'm putting out the challenge to select 3 exercises from the fitness page and do them for a total of 5 minutes a day. Five teeny, weeny minutes - that's less than two blocks of commercials in the whole day. Not asking for much, but you gotta start somewhere!
