I did 2 sets of 10 Standing Abduction, and Single Leg Squat and Bend.

I did 6min of Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions (3min each arm). I finally feel like I'm getting back in the swing of things! I sure hope so, anyways! emoticon

I did both the Modified Pendulum with Ball and the Kneeling Rollout with ball today.

Haven't felt like working out lately & I've kinda been moping around.... Finally was able to make myself do 5min of Dumbbell Side Bends today. emoticon

I feel like I'm being a board hog with all of my posts about the daily challenges (though I do believe we're to post when we complete them, right?). I thought maybe a separate section might make it easier & then people won't have to scroll through all of the posts just to find out what the challenges are...

Anyways, for Tuesday I did the Lying Abduction for outer thigh and hips.
