I have not been active on this team for a long time. I am gradually introduction a variety of exercises into my day. I have opted for yoga since it has been such a long time. I also have Just Dance for the wii which is too much for me now, but it is my goal to work into it.
For accountability, I did complete 36 minutes of simple yoga. I am hoping to get in a three minute routine from Just Dance in.

Challenge today: find your choice of fruit or vegetable and slice up! Either make a few fruit snack bags or marinated cucumbers, a couple small side salads, or celery/carrot sticks. You get the idea ;)

Hello! Today is my first day on Spark People and on this challenge. I watched the video today for the core workout. I have really bad knees and it is hard for me to get up off of the ground so I am going to do my core standing up with exercises I know. Thank you
