Since lots of new folks have joined this forum lately, here's a new thread for daily exercise challenges. The current schedule has been for the following body areas:

Sunday: Stretches
Monday: Core
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body
Thursday: Core
Friday: Lower Body
Saturday: Upper Body

I will try to post daily, but, if I can't just do the last one posted.

Also, if you are unable to do the posted exercise, modify it or do something that you can.

Although the team is 5 minute Daily Challenge....some of these video workouts will be longer.
