I have been so lazy lately. Need to get motivated. Going to do these exercises today.......and then will again tomorrow.........I am 67 years young and have always been pretty healthy. Just need encouraagement or a fitness buddy to check in with on a daily or weekly basis at least till I get back in the groove, so to speak! Anyone interested?

Believe in yourself and you can lose it!!!!

So, how many can you do of the following or something that you come up with?

Calf Raises---25
Crunches
Pushups---25 wall pushups
Leg lifts
Squats
Toe Touches
Side Bends---50
Jumping Jacks

I realize that some members can't or would rather not do the videos. We know that we need to be active and get some exercise each day, if possible. So, let's see how many we can do of whatever.

What I mean is...you can set a timer for 5 minutes and see what you can do in that time. It can be the same exercise or you can mix it.

So, how many can you do of the following or something that you come up with?

Calf Raises
Crunches
Pushups
Leg lifts
Squats
Toe Touches
Side Bends
Jumping Jacks

You get the idea....just do what you can for as long as you can up to 5 minutes.
