I got some well-needed cleaning done again. I broke out into a major sweat so I know I was hustling. Did it for 3 and 1/4 hours. Happy with the results!

I got into the swing of things again and I'm not going to let it falter this time. I'm also going to try really hard to start getting up earlier in the morning so I can get my mediation and studying in, then my exercise, then my freshening up and out.

CatLady, that is an issue I have lately ..... ever since hubby retired almost 3 years ago! I don't get up as early as I like to. I will also be working on this. I already have it noted on my Other Goals page to wake up at 5:30 and no later than 6:30 every morning. Hasn't happened yet. My dog has become my alarm clock. She talks to me every day at 7am and if I don't hear her, she'll lick my elbow once, then put her paw over my arm, then jump on the bed and stare me down if none of the above work. She's a stitch. Makes me laugh every morning!

Six Word Success Story Challenge

This week we will focus on our successes - ones that we've already had, ones that we're getting close to and ones that we're aiming for. Ask yourself how you know/ will know that you're making progress - maybe you can walk further, or faster, maybe you eat more freggies, maybe you've gained confidence... whatever the answers, they're your successes. Now you need to exercise your brain! You need to fit your success into 6 words - no more, no less!

Now I can bike, run, breathe.
