Hi guys! Sorry for the delay in getting here. To say the least, I had a very busy day and came back to see that they featured my blog. OMG! Who would've thunk that????? Thanks Joette for being on top of it in my absence. What a team we have here. Everybody is so positive and so active in their participation. All I can say is WOW!!!! You guys, every last one of you are GREAT!

Keep up the good work all. Let's all get to that finish line at the same time and declare our successes in one long and lengthy post here! :)

Lots of great team blogs today, read several and commented.
Breakfast was a breakfast wrap: 1 egg scrambled with a thinly sliced green onion a tbsp of small diced red pepper, 2 strips of turkey bacon cooked crisp and chopped, a few grape tomatoes quartered, a couple basil leaves, and a tsp of grated parmesan all wrapped up in a 6" whole wheat tortilla.

Been away for a short bit. While I was away, I ate very healthy breakfasts .. Couldn't huddle or read blogs, but did think about all my sparklers shining so brightly here...

I commented on Redvixion losing 8 pounds! emoticon

And I had peach oatmeal this morning - from scratch on the stove top....so goooooood.....1 peach, 1 cup of 2% milk, 1/2 cup of Quaker Old Fashioned oats, 2 Splenda, and a dash of sea salt. Cook on medium heat (no lid) until you see it bubble. Then stir and take off the heat and cover for 1 minute. Then enjoy the warm, creamy, healthy goodness. emoticon
