Wonderful job Karen!!! Yay! This morning I did a fast walk for just over 2 miles and then did strength training for a half hour.

thats great kris i did the shape challange video the whole way through,you are suppose to do the warm up and cool down and inbtween one of the three workouts but i did all 3 work outs.also tonight the biggest loser countdown was on the 3rd series starts by us next tuesday and i exercised the whole way through on the gymnastic ball and on my lateral thigh trainer.

i have just started an 8 week 5 k training programm,lol.but my long term is to get to goal by the end of this year,short term to get below 200lb in the next 4 weeks,that is 11lbs(my tracker is wrong

I don't know if anyone would be interested in this, but I would like to start a challenge of picking a long term health or fitness goal and posting our progress towards that goal on here. The little goals are wonderful and necessary, but so are the big ones. Examples - lose 20 pounds, eat only healthy meals for a long period of time, train for an athletic event, dejunk the whole house, whatever!! I for one, am going to pick a crazy goal - run a five K race before my birthday (in July)
