August goal was 1000 minutes.
Actual cardio for month was 1,010 minutes! I'm rewarding myself for reaching my goal by taking a rest day today. Lots of back to school errands to do with the kids and then to the pool for some fun! Congratulations to everyone for your hard work this month, and thanks for keeping me motivated and on track!

Great job for everyone working so hard on the Cardio Fitness Minutes Challenge!! My Goal was 850 minutes and I went in to add up what I've recorded... and I just passed the 850 mark today... I'm up to 857 minutes!! Yah!!! But the month isn't quite over yet... So I'm still working to get more minutes in... If the weather is good tomorrow, a bike ride after church might be in order... ;-) emoticon

At the beginning of this month, I wasn't consistently doing any fitness. I would occasionnally dance when Thursday rolled around, but it never got tracked.

Anyway last week, I logged 114 minutes and this week so far I've logged 211. So I will challenge myself to finish August with 520 minutes total.
