I had initially set my goal at 1200 then increased it to 1500. I actually did 1426 so it was close.

Need to change up my fitness schedule so that my husband being home, doesn't stop me from getting my routine done. As such, I finished out with only 859 minutes for May. Shouldn't have been distracted but hey, it's good to spend time with my husband. That left me 141 minutes below goal and making up yesterday's workout today.

Working hard to Lose It Right without the help of miracle cures! Just good old healthy eating, exercise and lots of prayer!

One day left, pledged 1,000 fitness minutes, completed 814 so far. Leaving 186. Don't think that's gonna happen tomorrow. Have at least 40 on the calendar for my workout. At least this was my first month back to exercising in years and I am seeing drastic changes in my body. If only I could see more fat burned faster!

749 fitness minutes completed and 251 left before end of day May 31. This is close, what can I do to get-r-done? I already have another 60 minutes on the schedule which leaves 191 to cram in through other activities...not cool, I'll need to dig deeper next month!

Okay after two days of my husband home and not being able to get the living room to myself I started the Insanity workout and it is well INSANE! But I'm giving it everything I've got and when I don't have any more I jog in place to keep my heart rate going or get it back into a reasonable range. I've committed to 1,000 fitness minutes and only have 666 done so far. That means 344 before end of day Monday. Thats about 85 minutes a day. Okay, better work harder to get that in!

I just reached my goal!! I have NEVER reached a goal set in a challenge! THANK YOU!! Between this and the water challenge things have began to move on the scale again! After gaining/losing the same 3# week in week out I lost 4#!!


I am changing my goal to 600! OMG wish me luck!

Starting today, I am going for 420. I know that is not alot, but I have lost my way and trying to get back on track. I know if I try to do it all right out of the box, i am setting myself up for failure. This number is doable (15min/day)

I set my goal of 1200 minutes and right now I'm at 1191 so I'm going to increase my goal to 1500. I'm running a half marathon at the end of the month which will add at least 150 minutes, so I should be able to make it.

I just reached my goal!! I have NEVER reached a goal set in a challenge! THANK YOU!! Between this and the water challenge things have began to move on the scale again! After gaining/losing the same 3# week in week out I lost 4#!! emoticon


I am changing my goal to 600! OMG wish me luck!

Starting today, I am going for 420. I know that is not alot, but I have lost my way and trying to get back on track. I know if I try to do it all right out of the box, i am setting myself up for failure. This number is doable (15min/day)
