My March goal was 1800 fitness minutes, but sadly I fell short. My March total was 1,725 minutes.

I'm okay with that. 1,725 minutes is still a lot of minutes for me, and it's my highest monthly total since starting SP.

I'm really stepping up my workouts now that I'm off the crutches, but still on medical leave... gotta get my strength & stamina back up before I return to work! So, I'm increasing my goal a little from last month:

The winter has made me extremely lazy, if I don't get back into this I'm afraid I may begin to gain some of my weight back. I'm going to start with a modest goal for March of 600 cardio minutes.

The winter has made me extremely lazy, if I don't get back into this I'm afraid I may begin to gain some of my weight back. I'm going to start with a modest goal for March of 600 cardio minutes.

Hi Team!!

I am not new to the whole Sparkpeople thing, but I am new to seriousness. I have been working out at least 10 minutes per day for the last week and two days. That is even after I tore my Achilles tendon. (definitely not fun) But, I am hoping to be able to do the 10 per day for the rest of the month. That is 80 more minutes this month. Looking forward to seeing if I can keep it up.

The winter has made me extremely lazy, if I don't get back into this I'm afraid I may begin to gain some of my weight back. I'm going to start with a modest goal for March of 600 cardio minutes.
