166.3 miles so far for April - last day is here and should be able to get in another 7 miles today. It's been a good month for me - ice is gone so my walking has improved drastically!

Getting into the gondola of a hot air balloon takes faith and so does the journey to a healthier, fitter me. It took courage to get in but once done, it was worth it. Changing my way of eating, exercising and living is worth it too!
