My challenge will be to keep Fat percentage to under 30% daily week of 2/17 thru 2/23

2/17=26%
2/18=22%
2/19=19%
2/20=20%
2/21=25%
2/22=20%
2/23=28%
2/24=27

Strength training weekly - 2 times weekly 2/17----2/23

2/18= Ball workout/dumbbells and coach Nicole
2/19=Resistance bands (15 minutes)
2/21=Resistance bands
2/22=Abs workout with Ball-Coach Nicole
2/23=10 minute boot camp workout with Coach
2/26=Resistance Bands=10 minutes

Stretching and exercise(will add weights 2-3x's a week)

2/01=Stretching / Tai Chi
2/02=Stretching /Tai Chi
2/03=Stretching /
2/04= Hope to get to weights off to the dentist with what I believe is an abscess!
