Warrior, I guess #1 means no "big" overeating on S days. No red means perfect N days. Worth aspirations!

Still not sure what I want my mods to be for December. But it's a good month to have SOME kind of guiding principle. My "true" hunger has shown that I don't really need to eat a meal more than twice a day anymore, but the desire for food doesn't leave me during the gaps. Well, I will not let this get me down and I cheer on others, as I have spent several very happy Decembers on or close to Vanilla.

Up 2 lbs this week after being down 4 last week kind of hurts, but I didn't sleep well this week.

Planning to shave 200 cals off a day... a little off each meal to see if that helps.

I've been having these issues with the pounds being stuck in 220s for months and months. I know patience pays off, I'm doing what I can. Eventually, it should work.

it's true - my brain seems to accept the 'boundaries' and 'rules' of No S. It's amazing - well, I've been amazed at how well it's worked for me. The other thing is how my brain 'expects' treats on a Saturday! I've cut that back to every other Saturday now as I my weight started nudging upwards.

Down 4.4 lbs... it's working because I've now given myself a rule not to eat off plan. I was grazing more than I tracked, which was causing a problem. This is a great outline for boundaries on an eating plan, what ever plan it is you choose, which is why I love it. I tried IF as my boundary, but I was still eating too much with it. This just makes more sense.

The one thing I have noticed, is even tho I am eating on the "upper" end of my calories, I am not snacking at all, and I wonder if the scale will reward this on Saturday. I feel like before when I snacked, I wasn't honest about the snacking. So I *think* in the end I am eating less now...

Glad you like it - I find it very freeing too. I'm currently 'modifying' the categories a little to include an 'orange'! emoticon This is for days when I might have something from my packed lunch as a late-morning 'snack' - so although I'm having a snack, it's not a deviation from what I've planned to eat - I've just split my meal a little. I've found this sometimes helps when I'm on a long shift at work.

Even though I wasn't green today, it was my choice, my right to pick that because it's an S day.

This way of eating is really working for me. It gives me the boundaries I need to be successful, and frees me up of the guilt from "not staying 100%" on track.
