Week 2 update

Challenges 2, 3 & 4 were completed by Thursday

Challenges 1, 5 & 6 so far I am keeping up. However I so far only had 2 veggies/fruits got to have at least 2 more and then today's goal will be met. I CAN do this!

It must be going around Anne. Towards the end of this week, I just kind of gave up on everything. I was slowly going down but about Thus/Friday I just quit. I had 4 days left of the Jan fitness challenge and didn't even care.

I been good all week met all challenges but seriously I am losing my mojo. I have very little spark lately...between feeling low and not really having time is not helping either.

These challenges are to for SP team Class of May 2- 8th

Winter Challenges...come join us! Start January 1st but January 2nd is fine too! LOL

Let's think healthy and show support for one another.


Challenge 1 - Huddle with team while taking a multiple vitamin Daily
Challenge 2 -Visit the Coffee Hut (or just leave an emoticon) 3x's weekly
Challenge 3 – Read a fellow team mates blog &/or visit their spark page 3x's weekly
Challenge 4 –Get Active (cardio and strength training) 3-4x’s per week
Challenge 5 – Drink only two or less caloric beverages per day. This will help you drink more water!!! (Caloric beverages such as: alcohol, soda, coffee, tea, juices are limit to two)
Challenge 6 - Eat your vegetables & fruits: try eating 4 or more per day. (may include soups, smoothies & juices. However the real thing is ALWAYS best.)



Together we will make a great start in 2012! Let's start this year off STRONG!
