Good luck! I agree that if it's something you like, you'll do it more. Starting out with 10 minutes is a good idea.before you know it you will be doing more.

You can do it. Find something you enjoy doing and you will make the time.

I want to exercise for at least 10 minutes EVERYDAY. I get distracted and busy and don't do it every day. But this is a new day
