I am slowly figuring out how posting to message boards works... I am afraid I may post to the wrong thread here and there! Be patient with me please! Anyway, my goals... My goal for the next four weeks is to refresh my determination and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. I am so excited that all our snow is gone, so I want to take some fitness outdoors at least once a day (weather permitting). I want to limit my snacking, especially in the evening. I want to improve my hula-hooping, something I have been learning just recently. (I never could work the darn thing before!) So, here goes!
