I've let life get in the way.

I've joined this challenge group to get myself back on track.

I hope to increase my exercise by 10 minutes each day, and hopefully more, but I know I need to start small.

I also hope to improve my eating patterns by tracking my food again.

I should add that my beginning goal is to weigh 180 by my birthday on May 25, just less than 7 lbs to lose.
