Good Day: I have been doing a 10 minute exercises each day for 6 days straight now, but just joined this challenge today.

Sundays 20K jog/run 40 min out of the 3 hours( with 3 min jog and 3min walk).

Tuesdays: 5K trying to jog the whole thing but still 3 min jog/walk.

Ten min a day exercises, join the challenge today, modified pushups 3 sets of 15 reps, crunches 3 sets of 25, reverse crunches 3 sets of 15 and squats 3 sets of 15 reps.

I have added dumbbell standing fly's 3 sets of 15 reps 8lbs and curls 3 sets of 20 reps 8lbs curls every other day.

My Vision Statement:
To get off of my medications; Cholesterol statin, Hypothyroid levothyroxine,after effects from statin is hitting my quads and sharp pain in knees, to finish a marathon and too get at my healthy weight at 146lbs, so I can look better and do more things; to be able to work more active jobs, run a marathon, wear better clothes- more of a variety and feel better. To have more energy and get rid of my sleep apnea. I am feeling more energetic and sleeping better.
