Yesterday at Physical Therapy, I had 3 lb weights put on my ankles. Today, I can barely walk. I get up when I can though it's very painful. I had my last PT session yesterday.

LOL. Me too! The other day, they put two pound ankle weights on me and I'm still a little sore in my upper legs (not sure if they are biceps or triceps). That was Thursday and this is Tuesday. Last PT appointment today!

I went for a 15 minute walk this morning. It was cool out so I really enjoyed it. It's better for me to do it in the morning. If it's cool this evening, I'll take another walk. We are expecting some HOT weather next week so I will take early morning walks.

Day 1: 15 minutes
Day 2: 27 minutes
Day 3: 30 minutes
Day 4: skipped today due to pain
Day 5: 20 minutes
Day 6: 3675 steps I made my goal! Woo hoo.
Day 7:

Yes, Ma'am!!! That's what I love about this as I have 20 minutes of stretching each day and then I get on my Gazelle and that's more than ten minutes also!!!

We have a crab apple tree that is producing the biggest crop ever which means my daughter and I are sweeping them and carrying them to the compost pile for over a week now. There is my 10 min plus every day, at least an hour or more every day. Found some new muscles to ache too!
