1st week:
Worked out 3 days in a row, missed two days (a bit disappointed in myself), went back to my page and reworded my fitness goal. Instead of a random generic sentence with my fitness goal, which really didn't speak to me, now it has boundaries with just enough flexibility in the wording.
Seems to be working for me.

Is there anywhere easier to track or do we have to go to that "other" area to track? (Like a post here on this group for tracking?)

It seems like an hour because this is something that you have just started or you know that it's just 10-minutes and it seems this short little itty bitty of time is at a snail's pace!!! Either way, you have your 10-minutes and you're getting STRONGER!!!!

Week 1! It's only 10 minutes, right? Why does it feel like an hour? I really want to stick with it. That is as much the goal than the actual 10 minutes. That will be a big win for me.
