Hello everyone, I have always had a hard time fitting exercise into my daily routine. I am hoping this challenge will help me accomplish that. My goal is to do at least 10 minutes every other day on the elliptical trainer and in between days doing strength training. I will try to update my status daily which will help keep me in check.
