Best way is to pace yourself by how you feel. I am mostly walking inside now I have a new Fitbit but hoping to walk outside with the dogs. We have all been inside too much with this winter weather. Even when the temps have gone up to upper 20s and 30s the wind will make it colder. i have saved lots of Spark exercises and videos, lots of exercises and yoga sitting may be easier, I plan to try some too. Enjoy making changes!! emoticon

I'm great at walking for at least 10 minutes, but yesterday I tried a yoga program and even though it was basic I could only do 5 minutes. The same thing with strength exercises. So I'm going to work on doing strength or yoga for at least 10 minutes a day. But may start with 2 sessions 5 minute until I can get to a straight 10 minutes.
