I love to workout in our pool. I have leftover stroke symptoms that affect my land life, but my mermaid life feels almost normal.

bowler's attitude- Go for a strike, be happy with a spare, and remember that a gutter ball beats sitting on the sofa !!!

I'm one week into this challenge and feeling hopeful! I'm on a 7 day exercise streak, but I also fit in lots of FUN exercise outside!

This week's stats:
84 minutes of walk/jog intervals (C25K training)
162 minutes of kayaking
30 minutes of yoga (outdoors!!!)
10 minutes of walking

I'm so proud of myself and would love to hear what exercises everyone loves! What makes you excited to work out??
