I added a change by increasing my dancing for three days out of the week. That means from 15 to 20 mins.

Heya Belle,

Strength training is amazing. I went from not being able to do any regular pushups to being able to do 6 of them! B00yah!

I got a fitbit which helps me get some perspective during the crazy days but even on crazy days I'll park far away so I have to walk the rest of the time just to get more steps in when it's hard to find that 10 minutes.

So yeah, I guess there's my reflection yo. ;)

I added strength training this week and I can really feel it, but it is a good feel it.

I'm feeling changes in my clothes and bought some new stuff and I'm super excited! People can tell that I'm losing inches which means the exercise is paying off!
