Move on to week three but try to do 10 minutes each day. Once you get into it you will want to do more than the 10.

Try to make your exercise fun and that will make you carry on.

Good luck with week three and just keep trying

Nana...; I'd say that if you did 10 minutes or more each day, then move on. As the team name states "10-Minute DAILY EXERCISE Challenge". Sounds like you're doing just great. Keep moving forward; if some days you can only do 10 minutes, then so be it. You met the day head on.

Carpe Diem,
Dwayne

I would say you can move on when you feel ready. Not every week is the same. Sometimes we just can't do what we did the week before. The main thing is to keep trying and never quit trying!

I did really good the first week. Finally, but week 2 was not so good. I did 10 minutes sometimes 5 or 10 minutes more. Can I go to week three or do I need to do week 2 over since I did not do more than 10 minutes every day?
