Starting tomorrow I'm starting my streak getter mode. LTMS!
I will do 30 mins exercise a day.
I will also get in xtra fitness in by climbing my stairs many times a day. My bathroom n bedroom is up-stairs.
The last wk, wk 1, I wasn't very active due to rain n surgery. But I did get 90 mins in for the week. My goal is to have 210 mins exercise a week. That is no less than 30 mins in a wk.
