I'm over halfway complete with week 3, I think it was at some point in week 2 that exercise started to feel normal, it wasn't a question in the day on IF I would exercise, it was when and what. Not that every day is easy, this week has been very hard emotionally for me, but I didn't stop my healthy changes because I was down.

I'm down 2 pounds since beginning the challenge and I'm excited to see more results, every day I get better and better about staying in calorie ranges and getting more and more exercise in.

I have tried yoga, pilates, and chair exercises. The chair exercises are good because I can do them while sitting at the computer or in front of the TV. As I posted earlier, when I hurt my knee, I thought I would have to start over, but I had kept up with all the goals, and only missed a couple of videos. So, here I am starting week 4. Yeah. emoticon

Might help.

When watching the TV get up and walk round the house while the Adverts are on. This will help if you also join the 10K steps a day challenge. In four hours I van do between 3000 and 4000 steps.

Tried a couple of the videos, added extra walks on break at work, did extra sessions on the wii fit, took the pup for extra walks. Love finding new ways to add extra minutes in! On to the last week!

Wk 3, Day 7 -
I've had some very strange ups and downs lately. . .think things are back to norm.
Will finish income taxes, soon, maybe that'll help.
Been getting in close to 60+ min every day, and enjoying it very much.
What I don't enjoy, is the Tracker isn't tracking all my time/steps, so I keep my eye on the clock and record what it doesn't. BUT - my goal is 6000 steps, and there's no place to record that, so I can't reach my goal without going 2000 steps more, and I'm just not ready for that! 8-/

I too have tried the chair workout...I was out of breath! I had foot surgery in November and trying to get some kind of exercise.
I've never heard of water Zumba ...that sounds fun! emoticon

VIDEO: COACH NICOLE'S CHAIR EXERCISES (I AM STILL RECUPERATING FROM A BROKEN ARM AND CANNOT JUMP AROUND...DID WHAT I COULD)

ADD SOMETHING NEW: WATER ZUMBA - LOVE IT. A GREAT WORKOUT.

REFLECTIONS: IT IS GREAT TO MIX IT UP A BIT AND ADD SOMETHING NEW TO YOUR ROUTINE. HELPS PREVENT BOREDOM FROM ROUTINE SINKING IN.
