I've been away from this challenge for awhile - didn't stoop working on it, but sort of forgot to post anything. So I'm back. I'm continuing to walk and striving for 10K steps most days of the week. I've added golf this summer and recently added lawn bowling on a regular basis. Lots of walking with the bowling.

Week 3 - Day 1:

Finally made it to week 3 and still going strong.
Sticking with the basics (crunches, walking and jogging, push-ups) now but throwing in a different exercise everyday. Trying to make 1 hour a day, thus 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening.

Morning - completed: 36 minutes.
