too tell the truth I forgot what week it is for me I am just doing it and stay with it
I know weight coming off and that's it lol

Good job getting this far (so many haven't), and great ideas to grow! I'll be finished my four weeks on Tuesday, so I'm now considering my long term goals!

But here's a queer thought... if we all agree that we know the cure for obesity, and we've spent billions on educations and programs - why are we getting fatter? Those are good goals. Mine are similar. I want to add extra steps to my morning walk, making it an hour. I also want to add some type of tai chi or yoga in the evening.

I am hoping to get a lot of activity in this week. My goal is to add additional minutes to my daily walks and add an activity that I don't usually do like swim. I used to swim a lot, but haven't for a while now. I would also like to find a walking trail to go on. We'll see how it goes.
