Yes they have alot of chair exercise if you can't really move around that well.

I don't if you work at all. but if you don't you can even do the work video that sparpoeple has for people that have jobs. Maybe they can help you also. emoticon

There are a lot of non-squat exercise routines on SP. I'd check the Articles & Video section and maybe go with chair cardio for a while? Or Google some "easy on the knees" exercises? emoticon emoticon to the challenge!

I started this challenge a few times. I found a workout that was easy but it had squats and my knees hurt to bad. I did the first week and got discouraged because of my knees. If someone has any suggestions it would be appreciated. I asked before but I lost the post. I'm going to push myself to do something.
