I did my day 2 of the training for the 5K race today to, but I am going to do day 3 tomorrow. I am going to train next week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. when I have to run a strait 30 to 35 minutes I am going to train Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursdays.

I did day 2 of training for 5K run but will now skip a day before doing day 3.
When I got back home after walk/running, I decided to strength train and did 20 minutes with 8 pound weights. Have worked up a good sweat and now going to hit the showers.

I feel so rejuvenated right now I could go all day long..........I'm the .energizer bunny! emoticon

I started training yesterday. I bought some new shoes today. I will train tomorrow and Friday to get my 3 days of training in. By the time of the run I will have a new pair of running shoes too.

This morning I was researching on how to run with proper steps, posture , breathing etc because I truly want to be able to be able to run a 5K all the way through.

I have begun training for the first time this morning and did 5 mins warm up and 5 minutes cool down. In between walk 4 mins run 1 min times 3 for a total of 20 mins.
I am determined to do this once and for all.
