I love the bounce of the grapevine and it seems to be included in a lot of Leslie Sansone's walk videos. Easy to do 10 minutes segments while watching TV!

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I am going to have to add hip hop abs to my list of dances. My grandchildren will love it. I am sure they will just hop around while I get busy, but they will have some fun.

Tonight I did an hour of lift and 30 minutes walking earlier today. 90 minute total

Yup, I'm gonna have to try some line dancing also. Never thought of using YouTube for that kind of stuff. Duh!

You GO, GIRL!!! I love putting fun into exercise! Of course I just think that exercise is fun! However, I do like to change it up! I do Zumba, Line Dancing, Leslie Sansone, and Richard Simmons. I probably do some others, but those are off the top of my head.

Silver Sneakers workouts are good and since the instructor comes up with new challenges, that makes it even more profitable for you! Let's get all of those muscles going!

There you go with the walking outside, it's also so nice, especially this time of year! When I'm in the house, and I get a phone call, I get up and walk around the house and get a good walk in. I do power walk at different paces and just last night I did that for 90 minutes, while I was on the phone. There's nothing like walking!

Prepare yourself before hand! I'm telling you, you had better watch out. When you start doing these "exercises" which are a lot of FUN, your body will crave more, so be prepapred to step it up! You're going to love it!!!

I'm glad I do mine in the home too. Sometimes I just don't understand how they do a certain move, so I make one up. Besides, it's not the moves that get you fit, it's keeping the tempo of the music going, but MOVING YOUR FEET! That's the workout! Just keep those feet moving!

When I first started Sparks, I was so unfit that Line dancing (slow) was all I could do and I could do it at home watching the videos and no one else to see my stuff ups emoticon

Thank you for the idea of looking for line dancing. I love country music too. I bet my little grand daughter would love to dance with me.

I found Zumb on line. I like zumba to.

I found some line dancing videos on line that look really fun. I also found a great Zumba (Cardio party) on line. I am going to try it tomorrow evening after work.

Putting fun into exercise. I love this suggestion since I have always wanted to line dance since I really enjoy country music. I will find the instructional video and entertain myself right here in the living room. It will be tomorrow's activity. emoticon

I'm already going to a Silver Sneakers workout twice a week and like that very much. Our instructor is constantly coming up with new challenges.

The rest of the time I walk - up the hill and back down - here at the house. It's about a quarter of a mile and I am getting back to it after a short layoff. I'll start extending the walk each week.
