I walk a lot. It is about 1 mile around our housing complex. When the microwave is on I walk around the house. When I am on the phone I walk. Amazing how many steps you can get in while on the phone. I watch a live broadcast of a church service on Sat. night so I walk, in my computer room, while watching that.
I look for exercise videos on Spark People and do those. One of my favorites is a chair exercise.

I also prefer Coach Nicole's seated workouts. I have arthritis in the right foot and a problem with the left foot, so I'm pretty limited in my exercise routine. You're doing great to get that many steps in.

Saturday I walked for 49 minutes to get my steps in. Today (Sunday), I have done lots of walking in the house since it's cold out. But I did take two 20 minute walks outside.

I have a fitbit and my goal right now is 6500 steps, but I normally go over 7000, sometimes 8000. I also like to do Coach Nicole's seated workouts. I have bad knees and also positional vertigo so can't do much high impact or floor exercises which make me dizzy. But, I love the seated ones.

I get my exercise first thing in the am, before I get out of bed. I do my physical therapy exercises, then work out with a Pilates ring. Then get up and do standing exercises and work other exercise routines in throughout the day.

Walking today and a 3 mile workout with Leslie using 2 lbs. weights in each hand. More to come, I'm sure!

Yep, more did come an I just finished another 3 mile workout with Leslie and it had HIIT in there too! Thanks GOD, we made it though the HIIT and then some!!!

I work in 30+ minutes at least 3-5 x/week. Pool, senior aerobics, yogi, pilates, wgt room, circuit training, as many scheduled classes as I can fit into my calendar....and loving every minute of it!' This weekend, we had our 2 1/2yr old grandchild with us, for the whole weekend! Now I think I fit in all my classes, in just 3 days! LOL! But, starting tomorrow, I will be back to scheduled classes!

Lifestyle Changes, One Step at a Time, One Day at a Time....this I can and will do, to the best of my ability!

As for 2015, it's not where you start, it's where you finish!
