We had another warm day-above freezing!

Took dog on a drive and nice 1.5 mi walk, didn't time it but usually do .5 in 8" walking normally. He was fast sometimes and slower some but I had to keep him moving, so not too slow! :)

It's week FOUR!

Since I started late, my 4 weeks actually will carry into 2014--which is a pretty good thing, I think. Keep me from thinking 'now that's done since 2013 is over.'

Must play tricks with my brain or my brain plays tricks on me!

I did my longest Official Workout yet today, great place to roll into week 4:

5 minutes sun salutations, 10 minutes upper body circuit training and 5 minutes other yoga (twists, wide legs and forward bends) all through Sworkit app.

Went from 60F yesterday to 10F today. I was happy to exercise for warmth!

Everybody rocking this thru 2013 INTO 2014?!
