I actually started to work in the yard and do other movement, but then there are days I totally forget to do even the 10 minutes which I then do at the end of my day. I am going to keep trying to at least do the 10 minutes until moving is normal for me.

I didn't want to end up being a crippled old lady, so I joined a gym and am working with a personal trainer. The experience has been wonderful.

emoticon but remember that you don't have to stop at the end of the four weeks. Some of us are still going after months, I started back in August I think.

It took me 60 years to figure out what was really happening to my body, before I tried for one last time to get God's Temple in Divine order. It's only by his grace, that He found me and started reshaping my lifestyle and His Temple! I thank Him daily for what He's doing!

OVER THE PAST MONTH, I HAVE LEARNED TO LOVE STARTING EACH DAY WITH A 3+ MILE WALK WITH THE HUBSTER. IT SETS UP THE DAY FOR HEALTHY EATING AND STAYING ACTIVE.

EVERYTHING IS COMING TOGETHER. EXERCISE AND HEALTHY EATING HABITS HAVE LED TO SCALE AND NON-SCALE VICTORIES. I HAVE LOST SEVERAL POUNDS DURING THIS PAST MONTH AND I HAVE LOST INCHES EVERYWHERE. WHY WOULD I NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THIS TREND?!!!!!

I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH ENERGY, AND I HAVE NEVER FELT SO GOOD.
