Hi I'm am here because I just finished The Beach Body contest and lost 28 pounds. I set a new goal and am having a little difficulty being serious about it. I need a challenge to hold me to my goal of loosing 15 more pounds by August 26th. I saw the Boot Camp challenge and thought that is a great challenge; so here I am.
I can not wait to get started. emoticon

I am already on day 5, and so far this week I have done all the videos AND:
Day 1 - 30 minute Hip Hop class
Day 2 - 20 minute power walk
Day 3 - 30 minute bike ride
Day 4 - 60 minute Zumba class (never did that before!)
Day 5 - plan to walk for 30 minutes
I never thought I could squeeze all that exercise in!

LOVE WINS!

I'm here because I had just completed the Spring into Shape challenge and it did actually work. I found myself not doing so well this week and decided I need to challenge myself. This looks perfect. Do have shoulder injury so I will have to modify some of the exercises. Can't wait until the morning to get started emoticon

Hi, I'm here because I just finished SP's Spring into Shape Bootcamp, found and saw that it worked, and wanted to continue working my body. I decided to try this bootcamp to keep things fresh and keeping those muscles guessing :P

I hope to lose inches everywhere and slim down on SP. I hope this challenge shapes my body to look more slim.

My goal will be to commit to a healthy lifestyle that includes some form of exercise or activity per day and making healthy food choices everyday in order to loose 33 lbs and maintain the desire weight of 140 lbs.

My short goal is to run a 5k without walking and or stopping and feeling healthy and eventually be able to run a 10k. My long term goal will be to loose between 1-2 lbs a week until I reach my desire weight of 140 lbs. I am hoping to have lost 33lbs by December 31, 2012.

My goal is to weigh 150 pounds by March of 2014! This will be the lowest I've ever weighed..the highest being 225!

I have many reasons and incentives- I grew up an equestrian until my body was too out of shape to allow me to continue- Although I don't need to own another horse, when I hit 180 I'm going to look into a part time lease so that I can start riding again as a reward.

To finally and forever commit myself to a healthy lifestyle that includes at least 10 mins of exercise per day and making healthy food choices everyday.

I will reach my goals:

Long Term: healthy weight of 150-160 by May 2015 or earlier

Short Term: 10% weight loss by Oct 2013, approx 30 lbs and continuing with 10% increments until I reach my long term goal

EXERCISE/ DIET AND BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION!!!

My challenge goals are to track food and exercise every day, including weekends. To go to the gym 3 days a week (I do a 1 hour swim aerobics class, it's really fun!). And to post my goals where I will see them. So far so good!

And I brought healthy foods to work and keep them in the fridge so I don't need to remember to bring my lunch, it's already here. I have 100 calorie tortillas, turkey, low fat cheese, alfalfa sprouts, hummus and carrots / celery to munch on. Roll ups are easy! I also have some low cal trail mix granola bars, pistachios and almonds and I always bring fruit to work. I'm focusing on filling half my plate with veggies at dinner time.

My goal is to get to my healthy feel good look good weight and say hello to my tummy again. I'm tired of pretending and going through some of the motions but fighting myself and getting nowhere.

I am totally ready to commit and do this! I joined Cal Fit and will do swim classes after work, plus some of their other classes such as circuit training plus swimming laps, walking my dog, walking during my breaks at work, etc.

This will be fun if I choose to look at it as fun. When did exercise become a chore? I used to want to play outside after school and my Mom had to argue with us to get us to come inside when it got dark. I need to find that kid inside me again! I'm ready to transform myself and enjoy the ride.

My goal is to create a new habit of exercise so this will be a long-term thing!
I also want to feel a significant difference in my cardio... move faster, breathe easier.
I'm going on a beach trip in early August, is it too much to ask to get into bikini shape??? Maybe lol.

I'm joining this challenge in an effort to jump-start my weight-loss reset (as I have been calling it). After months of unemployment and a lack of motivation, finally getting a new job, a move, and stepping on the scale once things settled, I've decided that I'm done maintaining the weight from my loss the previous year. I am in a space and ready to take the actions that will bring me to my goal weight and health levels. I'm so excited for all the adventures this summer will bring, and I figure getting my butt in gear to be in shape for some awesome hiking and camping can only be beneficial for me.

My goal is to finish this challenge then continue to learn and challenge myself! I tend to workout 4 days in a row then take a long weekend! On the long break from exercise I then lose sight of portion control, which ruins the hard work I did during the week.

So by joining this challenge, I have vowed to hold myself accountable all week long and all weekend long also! To staying moving daily and recording all meals! The Spark People iPhone app has made this journey so far very easy! I can enter my meals and exercise on the go! No more excuses, my whole adult life I have only been into fitness and nutrition half way! I want to be all-in!! Fit Forever!

My goal is to teach myself how to take better care of myself so when it comes time to having kids I can teach them better then what I was thought when I was growing up. Also to push myself on sticking with something and finishing for the first time in my life! I'm hoping to accomplish some changes in myself as of portion control and intake

My goals include getting healthy for my next pregnancy (I'm high-risk since my first was born 10 weeks early), fitting into skinny jeans sitting in my closet from several years ago, but most of all I want to get healthy for a life-time - not just for now, but to become a habit and a lifestyle that my family can follow, too.
